Loved the athmosphere, the ladies were so nice and warm. We could sit there even after closing time because of the rain. Felt a bit like home, far away from home!

What an amazing find! We discovered this delightful cafe on our way to Cape Tribulation. It has a rustic, country-style vibe and phenomenal food. The lovely owner, Sheree, makes fresh croissants every day that are thick, buttery, and scrumptious. The ham and cheese croissant was delicious! Even though the cafe scales down its menu during the rainy season, they still offer excellent coffee, fresh quiches served with their signature black garlic aioli, and delightful sweet treats like apple pies, blondies, and brownies. An unexpected highlight for plant-based foodies is the addictive Miso gazpacho, a cold miso drink with ginger, spring onions, and a touch of warmth. Literally every dish and drink is made with care and attention to detail. Highly recommended!"

Such a lovely spot, the 5 of us had the most delicious meals, most flavoursome food, cooked with love, totally recommend the chicken tortilla, the amazing steak sandwich! And the best home made aioli

I had a really lovely experience at this café. The atmosphere was great and the whole place had such a nice, relaxed vibe. A special thank you to Sheree, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. She took the time to make me a custom drink based on what I like, and it turned out absolutely delicious. You can tell she really cares about giving customers a great experience. Great matcha, great service, and a really nice vibe. I’ll definitely come back!

A Delicious Surprise in the Lower Daintree - FNQ! We stopped in at Crossroads Café and were absolutely delighted. The **Crossroads Avo Bene** we shared was the most delicious we’ve had in years — fresh, generous, and beautifully balanced. We also couldn’t resist **Nanny’s Big Fat Pancakes**, and they were every bit as indulgent as promised. Not a single crumb was left behind. We ordered the **Big Big Brekky** to take home for our son, and it was devoured with a huge smile. Portions are generous, flavours are spot on, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. A fantastic local gem in the Lower Daintree. Highly recommended for anyone passing through or exploring FNQ.

FINALLY! An amazing cafe with variety & exciting food! Also great drink options including juices, bubble tea, coffee & my favourite strawberry matcha! & all ready to go in great sealed cans. Modern food & drinks in a rustic cute relaxing place! So glad it’s finally open and run by great people! Ohh that also have alcohol can’t wait to try more food there! So excited about this little gem!
